Whether you're visiting Prairie Diagnostic Center or Prairie Vascular Institute for the first time or are a returning patient, chances are you have questions. You might want to know about the most convenient way to travel to our facilities or how to prepare for an upcoming test or procedure. We've structured this web site to serve as a source of information so that you can feel more informed and better prepared.

Appointments
To make an appointment by phone, please call our scheduling desk, 217-788-0706. We try to accommodate all requests for specific cardiologists, but there may be times that the physician you are requesting is not available. If this happens, we will recommend that you see one of their associates within the same specialty.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to all appointments to complete any necessary paperwork.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible to reschedule.

Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and we are closed on weekends and holidays.

We value you and your time and will make every effort to stay on schedule. However, in the event of an emergency your appointment may be delayed.

What to bring to your visit:

• Health Insurance Cards.
• All available medical records, lab tests or other test results.
• All prescribed medications you are taking, in their bottles.
